In 2009, Pastor Tom met Mao Theary in Kampong Chhnang Province in Cambodia.  She was helping to lead worship.  The Rands sponsored Theary’s education through high school and then college.  She has since graduated with a degree in finance, and is now employed.  She is married to Duk Sambath and they have a baby boy together.  The gift given in your name to GBGM will give scholarships to Cambodian students.
