Journey Through Scriptures | Sundays 11:00 a.m. in the Marketplace

In this Sunday morning group, delve into scripture and discover what you believe. Have lively conversation with others in the group as you explore insight from everyone.

Experiments in Grace | Beginning in November, Day and Time TBA

Faith is not just something we have, it is something we live. Join Pastor Tom and Heather Robbins in a journey of becoming more Christlike, using “Holy Experiments” to create space for God to change us from the inside out. Our guide for this journey will be Trevor Hudson, Discovering Your Spiritual Identity, (IVP: 2010).

Ladies Bible Study | Thursdays beginning September 23 at 6:30 p.m. in the Women of the Bible Room

All ladies are invited to share in some JOY and Bible study. Char Morgan will facilitate the book study with some wonderful opportunities to share and discover Joy in the Bible.

Loveyourneighbor419 | Fourth Sunday of each month | 7:00 p.m. Either in the Gathering Space or via Zoom

We have practiced Love Does and Everybody Always; let’s explore some other contemporary texts that help us to grow further in our efforts around #loveyourneighbor419. The Hiding Place, Looking for God in the Messy Places, and Tattoos on the Heart are just examples of some of the books we will experience.

Up-lift | Third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

A wellness group for ladies to gather, learn, and discuss our whole well-being. We will focus on a monthly topic and tie in scripture to guide us on our wellness journeys.
We will meet monthly beginning Tuesday, September 21, in the Gathering Space; after that we will meet via zoom on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. Email Jamie Partin-Miller [email protected] or call the office if you plan to join.

Color of Compromise | Mondays at 7:00 p.m.

As Christians, why delve into the history of racism?
Jemar Tisby authored The Color of Compromise not to cause guilt but to build up the body of Christ; To promote conversation, community, and conversion. Each session will last about an hour and will include: a 20-minute video, small group discussion, and scripture. Led by Pastor Melissa at Olivet.

Each Sunday at 11:00 a.m., meet us on the front lawn to worship.
We Experience! Worship with children of all ages. Our unique intergenerational blend helps us to Experience! Christ face to face in a hands-on way. Led by our exceptional Praise Band with conversational prayer and interactive preaching, we Experience! the power of Christ to make us new.

Barnyard church | Third Sunday of the month at 5:00 p.m.

Meet at the Carter farm the third Sunday of each month at 5:00 p.m. Bring a picnic dinner and plan to dig into creation. We will spend time with the animals and experience God’s great love through caring for and learning from the animals and the experiences that are planned.

Hiking with Jesus | Sunday, September 26th from 12:15 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Led by Beth Youngpeter
We will gather at Sylvania River Trail (Parking lot behind Roots, 5470 Main Street, Sylvania, Ohio 43560.) Bring a lunch and enjoy fellowship with friends. We will read a Bible story and use our different senses to explore God’s creation.
Most of the path will be paved with some opportunities to explore on some dirt trails.
